• We have Wes and Heather moving to our area from Imlay City- They already have a buyer for their home and it has been their lifetime goal to live on the water. They are looking for a home in the Fenton or Linden area under $500,000. They are pre-approved, and have worked to save a strong down payment.
  
  
• Mark and Sandi in West Branch would like to move to the Grand Blanc area- Their grown children live in the Detroit area and Lansing. They are looking for a condo in the $200-$250,000 range so they can be in a good middle point between their grandchildren.
  
  
• Mark and Vickie, a family of 7 looking for a home in the Lake Fenton School District- They are looking for a 4 bedroom home that has decent sized bedrooms for $250,000 or less. They currently live in Gaines in a 3700 sqft home on an acre with a 30x40 pole barn...would anyone like to trade??
  
  
• We have Tom and Lori looking to downsize to a ranch in the Fenton or Lake Fenton area- A finished basement would be preferred for entertaining their family. They would like to find a home for $350,000 or less.
  
  
• Mark and Sarah, a growing family in Grand Blanc that has been looking for the past year to find a waterfront home- They would like an all sports lake in the Fenton or Linden areas.
