Paul was very helpful in finding me a house that was priced right for the condition it was in and in the area I requested. His searches for appropriate properties brought more / better homes than I was finding online myself. With each house he showed me he would comment on things that would need updating or improvement in the very near future, those that could be put off a while, and whether the house was overpriced.
